These terms cover your use of thestudywise.com. By using this website you accept them. Your StudyWise classes, if you go on to enrol, are covered by a separate service agreement.

What this website is

This website describes StudyWise's one-to-one online tuition and lets you request a free consultation call. The teacher's notes, timetables, marked work and progress updates shown on this site are illustrations of the formats we use. They are not records of a real student, and the names in them are invented.

No guarantee of results

Grades depend on the student's work, their school, and their exam board. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular grade, predicted grade, or exam outcome.

Requesting a consultation

Give us accurate details — we plan the consultation around what you tell us.
Submit only your own details, or those of a student in your care.
Requesting a consultation does not create any obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this website, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or copy the content and design of this site for another service.

Our content

The StudyWise name, wordmark, copy, and interface designs on this site belong to StudyWise. You may link to the site freely; please ask before reproducing anything from it.

Third-party services

This site runs on infrastructure operated by others, and links out to StudyWise accounts on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
